CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and appointments sometimes must be canceled. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 2 hours or more in advance. This helps us protect the time of our barbers and ensures other clients can book. Within 2 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. No call NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE COST OF SERVICES BOOKED. Cancellation fee must be paid PRIOR to booking another appointment. Thank you for valuing our barbers time as much as we do. We appreciate your understanding.
LATE ARRIVALS
We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes late to your booked appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled. Over 10 minutes late will result in 100% charge of services booked.
